The Perils of Penelope Pitstop is an American animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions that premiered on CBS on September 13, 1969. The show lasted two full seasons, with a total of 17 half-hour episodes produced and released, the last first-run episode airing on January 17, 1970. Repeats aired until September 4, 1971. It is a spin-off of the Wacky Races cartoon, reprising the characters of Penelope Pitstop and the Anthill Mob. This show airs reruns on Cartoon Network classic channel Boomerang.

Extreme

Extreme is an action adventure series starring James Brolin and centered around a Rocky Mountains search and rescue operation. Debuting on ABC on January 29, 1995, Extreme was the lead-out program which followed the network's coverage of Super Bowl XXIX. The show was unsuccessful and ABC canceled the series after seven episodes aired. The final episode aired on April 6, 1995, with six episodes left unaired. Following the failure of Extreme, the Big Four networks have largely steered themselves away from premiering new programming after the Super Bowl and have instead chosen to run special episodes of their own programming.

Luo Ben was deeply impressed by the mutual support of the people in the affected areas and the sacrifice made by the rescue workers. He was also impressed by the superb medical skills and selflessness of Zhan Yan. Luo Ben, Xiong Fei, Zhou Mingming, Ding Dingding, and other newcomers joined the Yuanfang Non-profit rescue team, under Captain Qingshan's rigorous training, and became rescue team members, they, again and again, participated in various rescue operations, for earthquakes, fires, drowning, typhoons. Walking away from the direction of life, saving lives using their lives, through the baptism of disaster and they eventually grow into the rescue elites.

High Mountain Rangers was a weekly television series about a group of highly trained wilderness search and rescue/law enforcement officers in Tahoe, Nevada. It starred Robert Conrad as Jesse Hawkes and also starred his two sons, Christian Conrad and Shane Conrad. Robert's daughter Joan was the executive producer. Only 12 episodes were broadcast, from January 2, 1988 until April 9, 1988 on CBS, before the low-rated show was cancelled. Although the series lasted just one season, it had a spin-off titled Jesse Hawkes. That show was canceled after only six episodes.
