Antikrundan

Antikrundan is the Swedish version of the original BBC format Antiques Roadshow. The show visits different locations in Sweden and lets people bring their antiques to be valued by experts. It remains popular and often has more than 2 million viewers. The 19th season was shown in 2009. Most of the experts have been with the programme since the start. Jesper Aspegren was the original host. He left in 1999 and was succeeded by Anne Lundberg. Antikrundan started out as a coproduction between SVT Malmö and the BBC where the Antiques Roadshow would visit Scandinavia for two programmes. Antikrundan premiered in August 1989 on TV2 and has since been shown on SVT every year. Antiques Roadshow is shown on BBC Lifestyle and TV8 in Sweden.

Inside the Beijing hutongs where professionals who engage in art conservation and restoration live is a story between a museum conservator and a translator. Shao Xue, Zheng Sunian, and Zhang Qi are children of museum conservators. They share many experiences growing up having lived through the SARS epidemic, the death of their loved ones, and the old city being demolished to forge a deep friendship with each other. As they grow up, everyone starts to choose different paths. Influenced by Zheng Sunian's mother, Shao Xue is unwilling to give up the infinite possibilities of the future for the sake of love and leaves home to search for greener pastures. Zheng Sunian inherits the legacy left by his mother to become a conservator-restorer and finds meaning through the preservation of cultural artifacts. Zhang Qi earns the opportunity to study abroad due to his mathematical skills. Before leaving, he decides to bury his feelings for Shao Xue.

Auction Hunters is an American reality television series that premiered on November 9, 2010, on Spike and is produced by Gurney Productions Inc. It also airs internationally. In June 2011, Spike announced that it had ordered a third season of 26 episodes. In August 2012, Spike announced that it had ordered a fourth season of 26 episodes. The fourth season premiered on January 30, 2013.

Flog It!

Flog It! is a television series broadcast on the BBC, presented by Paul Martin. The show follows a similar formula to Antiques Roadshow, with members of the public bringing their antiques to be viewed and valued by a team of experts. However, unlike Antiques Roadshow, they are then given the option to sell their items at an auction. Typical episodes are 45 minutes in length, but thirty minute and hour long editions also exist. The thirty minute versions are typically hour long editions cut in half; hour-long editions have become less common in recent years. The show is broadcast as part of BBC Two's afternoon schedule. It also appears as part of the early evening schedule for short runs, and sometimes appears on Saturday afternoons.
