Pleasure Beach

Filmed on location in 1997 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the show was a six-part BBC documentary, which followed the day-to-day running of the park. It was mainly focused on the rides and the park managers, Jim Rowland and Keith Allen. The film crews also spoke to Geoffrey Thompson and Amanda Thompson, the director and producer of Stageworks Worldwide Productions (which directs, produces and choreographs the shows within the park.)

Out of the Blue

Out of the Blue is an American teen sitcom that ran in syndication from September 1995 to February 1996. The series was filmed on location at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida, and distributed by Tribune Entertainment. It is notable in that each of its twenty two episodes was filmed in both Spanish and English simultaneously and starred a predominately Hispanic cast of several different nationalities. The show was dubbed into German as Sommer Sonne Florida, and into Italian as Un salto nel blu, but was poorly-distributed and largely unknown in Germany, Italy, the USA, or Latin America. Among the show's young cast was Spanish fashion model Veronica Blume, whose budding real-life modeling career was occasionally incorporated into the show's storyline, and Paulo Benedeti, who would later play recurring roles on American soap operas.

Sex is the engine of evolution - the drive to mix genes to produce the strongest, fastest or most efficient specimen of the species has propelled all of creation to evolve, adapt and survive. Promiscuity, jealousy, violence, incest, suicide, cannibalism and indeed hermaphrodites all serve an evolutionary purpose - and in the animal world, monogamy is a "sexually deviant" behaviour that serves no evolutionary intent. 3 x 1 hour episodes. Jack Hanna's Animal Adventures is a reality television series about animals and their exciting adventures. This series is hosted by Jack Hanna, Director Emeritus of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. It is shown weekly in syndication across the country on numerous stations and networks. It is particularly popular in part because of Hanna's mainstream name recognition as an animal expert, but also because the show meets programing criteria for federally mandated educational and informational requirements which all stations must follow. Because of this, some networks air the show five days per week, thus covering all but a half hour of the three-hour E/I mandate.
